Payment Policy

At Travel With JusKay, all payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment schedule before services are rendered or bookings are secured.

We accept secure payments through approved third-party payment processors. Travel With JusKay does not store client payment information.

Deposits are required for certain services and bookings. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

All planning fees, advisory fees, concierge services, quote services, and digital services are non-refundable once services begin.

Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Members may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of services and termination of access to Travel With JusKay services.

Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of services or bookings.
